I joined Blic’s Brussels office as a trainee in July 2023. I hold a master’s degree in Regional Development and Regional Policy from the University of Oulu. Courses focused on EU politics initially sparked my interest in international affairs, and during my studies, I lived abroad in Canada and Australia.

My passion for EU affairs led me to Brussels. Here, I initially worked as a coordinator in a regional EU office and later in the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, where I engaged with themes related to Veterinary and Plant Health Questions, Food and Forestry.

Blic provides an inspiring and dynamic workplace for a curious person like me. Working with diverse people and tasks in the multicultural environment of Brussels ensures that I learn something new every day.
